In our production process we do have strict quality controls. If you still have a problem, please do not hesitate to get in contact with our service center.
If the defect of your device is covered by the warranty, the authorized Service Center will manage the service for you for free in within 5 working days depending on availability of spare parts and specified errors.
If the defect of your product is not covered by the warranty, you will receive a cost estimate, which will be sent to you. After your confirmation the RugGear Mobile Service Center will corresponding the procedure to your specifications. In the case of a repair appointment outside the warranty, the following checklist repair and conditions will be applied.
The user is responsible for stored data, applications and programmes themselves! We would like to point out that during a repair or service performance data (e.g. data, photos, music, settings, etc.) may be lost. Data backup is a service that is not covered under warranty.

Disclaimer: SIM card, stored data, the RugGear Mobile will not be held responsible for ensuring that the SIM card is removed from any returned products and for saving any stored data, for either in guarantee and out of guarantee products.
6. This warranty does not affect the consumer statutory rights nor the consumer rights against the dealer from their purchase/sales agreement. This warranty will be the purchaser sole and exclusive remedy and neither the RugGear Mobile nor its subsidiaries or the distributors listed in this warranty document shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty of this product.
7. Repaired or replaced products may include new and/or refurnished components and equipment.
